Customers must request a return within 48 hours of delivery. Requests made after this period may not be accepted.

- Items purchased during clearance or special sale (unless damaged)
- Used or damaged items caused by customer handling

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our mistake (wrong or damaged product).
7. Cancellation Policy
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of placing the order. Once the order is shipped, cancellation is not possible.
